Returns and refunds
For hygiene reasons, opened supplements or products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
Requesting a return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number, reason and photos. The product must be unopened, intact and in its original packaging. Return costs are paid by the customer unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged.
